Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Pre-Orders & Sourced Items
Items sourced on demand or specially requested for a client are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
